Showing belief in the maxim that ‘Gratitude should be the attitude’, the day begins with gratitude to the almighty, teachers, and peers rewire the students in the learning mode for being disciplined, systematic, and punctual. Many informative sessions are presented in the form of class assemblies, and all sorts of current issues are taken up in a crisp and interesting manner. Special assemblies which prove to be motivating and learning experiences for the students are used as the means of community awareness. Important social issues like Pollution due to Crackers, Clean India Campaign, Awareness against Corruption are some themes of special assemblies. Unanimous pledges are taken for a cleaner and stronger nation under the guidance and motivation of the school Principal. National festivals are celebrated with great enthusiasm and zeal. The feeling of patriotism and sacrifice is promoted by reliving the inspiring historical events in the form of short skits. Adding richness and flavor are the songs, dance, and poetry, the most influential means of connectivity and communication. Celebration of festivals in special assemblies emphasizes their rich past and deep-rooted association with India’s history. They help in spreading awareness and promoting moral values.
